Followed the same process for the next two compound ribs: deburr, roughen, dimple, degrease, prime. Then started with the skin. In the photo, the deburring has just finished, and roughening is about to start.

Almost all the holes were deburred using a tool, but the two or so closest to the fold were sand-papered.

Roughened, dimpled and primed the first four ribs. Then started on the parts making up two of the compound ribs, and took them through the whole process: deburr, roughen, dimple, prime.
